Death taught me to love my life

How does death change your perspective?

I have been stuck on what to write and and this blog has been lying idle for over a year now until today. I checked my WordPress and came across this daily writing prompts, I thought why not join in.

What is death? In my understanding death is when your spirit leaves your physical body, the end of life on earth. If we understand that everything comes to an end, why are we afraid of death?

I have experienced loss of loved ones from a young age, from the death of my parents, grand and close friends. I have learnt to handle pain and grief but it never gets easy going it over and over knowing it will come again

Death has taught me to love me,

Death has taught me to live each day for tomorrow is not promised

Death taught me to laugh, to cry and to appreciate what I have
